Domingo, Edel, and I drove six hours to get to the second largest French speaking city in the world after Paris. You will definitely find yourself wondering if you're in France because French is the most predominant language here. Some of the streets are very reminiscent of Paris as well. We visited the Notre Dame Basilica, Cathedral of Marie Reine du Monde, and the Botanical Gardens. They were all beautiful sights! Our main reason for visiting Montreal was McGill University. I was considering McGill University as an option for undergrad. The campus is beautiful and is like Pittsburgh in the sense that they're both on hills. Even if it is a walk up to some of the buildings nevertheless, it was still a breathtaking city.
