Restaurant Highlight: Ping Pong

Dim sum is a popular Cantonese cuisine prepared in small portions in steam baskets or plates and meant for sharing.  It is unique in the sense that most dim sum restaurants have their servers push a cart with different dishes that you can pick from at any time.  This idea of small dishes for sharing is modernized at Ping Pong in Washington D.C.  The restaurant has a long list of dumplings, bao sliders, and other dishes that you just check off and a server brings it to the kitchen where it is prepared.
